Dr. Katie Ford received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2014 at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2011 at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin.  After chiropractic school Dr. Katie worked in the north metro gaining experience treating various conditions and patients.  She is excited to work with the residents of Mendota Heights and the surrounding area.

Dr. Katie is a member of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association. She earned her Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) certification in 2016 through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. Dr. Katie is certified in Graston Technique, which breaks down scar tissue formation and myofascial adhesions. She is also certified in Rock Tape which assists with muscular fatigue and inflammation.

She became interested in chiropractic through a gymnastics injury, which significantly improved after treatment. As a current runner, she enjoys treating fellow runners to enhance their performance and assist with their injuries. She also enjoys treating athletes, pregnant females and children; as she's specialized in this care with previous work experience and internships. Her outside interests include boating, running and spending time with family and friends.
